That means listening to you and understanding what your flooring requirements are, making sure we are accurate with measuring, advising you through the selection process, pre-site preparation including uplifting and disposal of existing flooring, installation planning, and completion. At every stage we ensure you benefit from excellent service.
Once you have decided on the flooring best suited to your home, we will arrange a day and time to install. We will advise on lead time once your order has been placed and keep you fully informed of delivery and installation schedules.
Will you carpet require a join? Can offcuts be used discreetly in any areas? What combination of widths will minimise wastage?

We have a team of highly experienced fitters who collectively have more than 50 years experience working in floor fitting. Our fitters work to our high quality standards and know the carpet and flooring product range so well that they understand how it should be fitted to give the absolute best results. To invest in a carpet and not to have it fitted properly is almost reckless in our books, you have made the investment and we respect that with the highest fitting standard possible.
We offer an uplift and disposal service for your convenience so that you do not have to be concerned with getting your floor ready for installation. There is a fee for this service and we are more than happy to factor this into your free quotation if you wish. The main advantage to engaging in our uplift and disposal service is in the time you save taking your flooring and disposing of it in the most environmentally friendly way. We know that this can cause a great deal of inconvenience to customers, and those who engage our uplift and disposal service enjoy hassle free peace of mind.
